4. No Guaranteed Results
Marketing performance depends on numerous external variables. MarKentify does not guarantee:

- Virality
- Leads
- Search rankings
- Ad approvals
- Sales outcomes
We commit to professional effort and strategy execution, not guaranteed business outcomes.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Client-owned materials remain property of the client.
- Marketing assets created by MarKentify may remain the intellectual property of MarKentify until full payment is received.
- MarKentify reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and promotional materials.
6. Website & Hosting
If MarKentify manages hosting or websites:
- We are not responsible for third-party hosting outages.
- Clients are responsible for renewing domains and hosting unless managed under contract.
- Clients should maintain backups of critical data.
7. Prohibited Use
Users may not:
- Use this website unlawfully
- Attempt to hack or disrupt services
- Copy content without permission
- Submit malicious files or spam
8. Termination
MarKentify reserves the right to terminate services for:
- Non-payment
- Abuse or harassment
- Fraudulent activity
